School Nurse Superpower Nominees

Susanna is a Regional RN and is responsible for 8 campuses and 13 clinics. She routinely works in the clinic conducting visits, performing health screenings, attending ARDs for all of her campuses, troubleshooting on the regional level, and addressing issues that arise with parents, staff, MDs, and students. My belief that Susanna is a superhero was confirmed when she was in active labor while at a campus performing vision and hearing screenings. She completed and documented as many screenings as she could prior to going home. I am happy to report that all screenings were completed and Susanna delivered a healthy baby boy that evening. Susanna went above and beyond that day and continues to do so.
