School Nurse Superpower Nominees

Mary goes above and beyond every day. She comes in early, stays late. Her assessment skills are excellent, and she goes out of her way to follow up with families to make sure they have everything they need or to answer questions. You can see how much she cares about each kid in the way she interacts with them. She is great at communicating with other school staff when new illnesses or allergies are brought to our attention so that everyone stays safe, or when a health policy needs to be enforced to keep our kids safe. Her knowledge, wisdom and compassion are an essential part of our school's community. We are all safer with her here!
