With over twenty years of service in the district, she consistently demonstrates kindness, patience, and professionalism. Her tone is always calm, easy, and inviting, which makes it comfortable to ask questions and seek guidance. Ingrid is always willing to help anyone who calls, offering clear and supportive direction. As one of the nurses who performs nurse audits, she approaches the process in a way that is never intimidating. Instead, she is patient, understanding, and easygoing, ensuring that staff feel supported rather than judged. She also communicates thoughtfully by providing a timeframe before her visits, which shows respect for others’ schedules. Her willingness to share her knowledge and support her colleagues makes her an invaluable leader and a true asset to the district.
