School Nurse Superpower Nominees

Our school nurse Craig is a superpower because he goes far beyond the traditional role. He doesn’t just handle medical needs…he supports the whole child. He steps in as a coach, a mentor, and a trusted adult when students are struggling. He takes the time to listen, helps kids work through tough moments, and creates a space where they feel safe and valued. On top of that, he brings a consistently positive attitude that helps students feel like they belong, which can make a huge difference in their day. And while doing all of this, he still manages his full range of nursing responsibilities.
