School Nurse Superpower Nominees

Sarah has been a school nurse for most of her adult life. Nurses have the pick of the litter when it comes to jobs and she chooses the kids everytime. She recently just found out she will be losing her job due to spending cuts in Cleveland Schools. My heart aches for her because of all the beautiful stories I have heard over the years. She truly makes a difference and changes lives. She was able to bring the dental clinic into the school twice a year because so many kids do not have access to dental care. She also witnessed a kindergartner get their eyeglasses delivered from the eye clinic she had come in and she was able to see for the first time! The smiles she puts on these kid's faces is worth so much. During this heartwrenching time, she could not only use this recognition but she truly deserves it.
